My family had been nagging for a dog for ages and although I liked dogs, having never owned or lived with one I found it a truly unsettling idea.

I tried to stall them with lots of research but they weren't to be put off so we found a lovely Border Terrier breeder and the decision was made.  Even the day that we picked up the puppy I was still hoping they would change their minds but that didn't happen and Roxy came into our lives.

We were recommended to K9 Solutions by a previous client and initially my husband did all the training but I wanted to feel confident when I was walking her so I came along for what was supposed to be just a few weeks.  I was shocked.  I loved it and still do.

Now some 3 years on we have another little rescue Jack Russell, Py and I am thoroughly enjoying helping him face new situations and settle into a more relaxed state.  We are currently planning the next addition to the canine family but please, don't tell my husband.
